Natasha has been our personal trainer now for 2 1/2 years. When we started with her we were both overweight and really unfit. The influence that she has had on our lives is that we are now super fit, we both have so much more stamina and energy and our muscle mass has increased greatly. We religiously have a session with her twice a week every week and continue to get fitter. She is a great personal trainer and apart from this, she is such a super nice person. We would recommend Natasha to anybody who wants to respect their body and get fitter.
